xX___Jada && Boo.
“Oh shut up you moron… at least I have the brains to look after a horse big-shot ‘cable-guy’… what? You thing your job’s dangerous? Haha! You really suck… anyway; I have to get off now. We’re almost there… No, not there, it’s a place called Redwoods stable… yes I know daddy said to go there but… You can speak. Anyway, I’m going. I’ll call you in the morning and I’ll tell you how Boo’s doing. Ok, love you bye!”
Not quite the average conversation you would have with your older brother is it? Well, actually we’re twins but he still looks like he’s two or three years my senior. Though we have many similarities there are very few things we agree on. Horses for example, though fond of them we both are he is a very competitive Cross-Country rider while I’m still working my way up in the Dressage line. I used to be a jumper you see but my old mare got arthritis in her front knew joint and had to stop so my daddy bought me a new horse only a year ago. That is Boo, my Friesian mare. She is a wonderful girl I must say, as soon as we set eyes on each other we were fixed. I knew she was a dressage horse but I wanted her so badly that I put a hold on my jumping career to focus on my dressage.
It just so happened that fate brought us here. My mother and father are divorced. My mother being a pretty business woman with a taste of the city while my father was a country man through and through, running a large vegetable production firm in England. After the divorce I chose to live with my dad in the countryside where me and my passion for horse riding could be lived freely. This was before I had Boo. After this I started competing and building myself up. But then disaster struck me at the tender age of seventeen, the age I am now when my father decided to sell his home in the country to move into the big bad world somewhere in the USA. He told me he would always live in the country with horses but I couldn’t bare to leave the place I loved so much for even a few months so I set out on my own… Well with my aunt. My brother lives with my mother in the city.
Well that’s a bit about me.
I took a deep breath as we pulled up into the stable. My aunt helped me unload Boo out and I took it from there. She like me liked horses but had work to attend to as soon as she dropped me off leaving me and Boo there on our own. We hoped the owner of the stabled had got our phone calls and such as it would be rather embarrassing to show up suddenly. Leading Boo towards the Office I tied her to a tethering pole and poked my head into the office timidly knocking on the door.
“Hello?”

C r o s s f o l d
I was sitting at my laptop at the time. Registering Little Bang on the website I ofen used. I picked up much from it, alot about horses and donations to the stables. It reminded me of when I first got both my horses, Golden firefox and Little Bang. How they both came in green trailers and were just dropped off. I had been given money from my grandma, she basically had funded these stables. I still had loved her, even though she had passed away. I glanced to the silver plaque on the wall, it said 'Maria Hope - proud founder of Redwoods Stables' I needed to polish that, it seemed to be dusty. I went to the back room, collecting the polih and brush. The text engraved was polished first and the actual siler. I smiled as I put the polish and brush back. I peered at the christmas lights I had hung iin the studio/office there were red, green, yellow and blue one scattered around the top ridges of the ceiling. I sat down at the desk, a pop up had come up, it said my horse was a accepted. Someone knocked on the door, Ilifted my head peering up, but didn't smile, there was already one on my face.
"Hello there, how may I help you?"
I looked at her cheerfully, noticing that through the window I could see a magnificent horse tied to a post. It the made me realise that both my horses were in need of a shower. I shook the thoughts from my mind, my red lips smiling so very cheerfully. I was a country gal, my mother never really knew my farther, so I didn't know him either. He was a country man, a farmer, but mother had said he was not one with horses. Aparently he was charged with animal cruelty once. Mother was nice, she was a friendly soul, and it was her mu,m that gave me the money for the stables. She called me little Lassie, and I was planning of getting ahorse called Little Lassie, a shetland probably. Christmas was always the same in my family. Wake up, open the few presents. Use them, play with them or just admire them until 12:00am, which was when the turkey was served with potatoes and - umm, so yummy! Then it'd be pudding, christmas pudding! Then go aroudn the other family places then to bed. A lovely day!
It would never be the same without Grandma. She loved the horses, she owned Golden Firefox, a ex-racing horse he was, beautiful. I had him now, I could see him in the stables through the scond window. He peered at the other horse quite instinctivly. I looked back at the screen, the glimpsing at the girl, she had black hair, neat black hair. I smiled, waiting for her to say something.
